• Store in a dry place, preferably in a soft pouch.
• Polish gently with a silver cloth when needed.
Can I wear it every day?
Absolutely. These pieces are made to live with you—day by day. Just remember to take them off before swimming or workouts to keep them shining longer.
What materials do you use?
I work mostly with sterling silver (999) and natural gemstones. Every piece is shaped by hand, so tiny variations are part of its story.
When will my order be sent out?
• We offer free shipping worldwide.
• Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
• If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days in its original condition.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Each piece is crafted with care and often made to order, but I completely understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.
If you’d like to return your item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. As long as it’s in original condition, I’ll be happy to arrange a return for you. Just note that return shipping will need to be covered on your end.
